BACKGROUND

Before joining McGrath Tonner, Michael worked as a solicitor in the Professional Indemnity team at Clyde & Co LLP, dealing with professional negligence claims which covered a wide range of professions including solicitors, barristers, insurance brokers, managing agents, financial service providers, accountants, trustees, surveyors and valuers.

Whilst working at BLM and Irwin Mitchell, Michael gained invaluable experience in public liability disputes and road traffic related injury claims.

Earlier in his career, Michael dealt with general litigious matters, including contentious trusts and probate disputes, during his time at Andrew Jackson Solicitors.
