PRACTICE AREAS
Richard has been practicing Cayman Islands law for more than 20 years during which he has provided legal advice to many leading international groups and financial institutions. He has a broad range of experience from a practice focusing primarily on corporate, finance, investment funds, M & A and capital markets work.
BACKGROUND
Prior to joining McGrath Tonner, Richard was a partner at Conyers, a major international offshore law firm, working in their Cayman Islands and London offices and a director of Conyers’ regulated Cayman Islands trust company.
Richard also had earlier careers as a chartered accountant and in merchant banking and is presently a non-executive director of an international commercial group.
