Sara relocated to Grand Cayman in 2018 to join the team at McGrath Tonner where she advises on all aspects of family law including pre- and post- nuptial agreements, separation deeds, divorce and separating finances upon divorce, and complex private law children work.

Sara has acted on all types of cases from those with modest assets to UHNW individuals. Sara has advised on applications for permission to remove a child from the jurisdiction, cases where family members have intervened and applications to vary maintenance.  Sara is also a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer and is committed to finding the most appropriate and cost-effective process for clients.


Sara has worked in law for over 12 years and has spent more than 10 years specialising exclusively in family law. Sara trained at a corporate law firm in London and subsequently worked at several Tier 1 Chamber & Partners and Legal 500 ranked family law firms including a role as head of two offices. Sara has worked as a freelance law tutor and regularly writes for family law journals.
