Ben joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2013. Ben took silk in 2017.
Prior to his relocation to the Cayman Islands, Ben practiced as a barrister at the Bar of England and Wales (Temple, London) where he regularly appeared as an advocate both at first instance and in appellate proceedings.

Ben has a wealth of experience advising high profile corporate and private individuals on Cayman Islands law. He has represented clients in contentious litigation at all levels, including appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Ben has particular expertise in offshore trust structures, investment funds and company law.
