Stuart joins the firm to head up and expand our real estate and property services. He is a well-respected property law specialist, having acted on all aspects of conveyancing and real estate work in Cayman for many years. He advises a wide range of private clients on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and development of hotel, retail, commercial and residential property. In addition, he advises local and international financial institutions on lending and restructuring matters. His practice also encompasses associated immigration and licensing matters.

Stuart is a recommended attorney in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners guides.  His many years of experience in the Cayman Islands makes him ideally placed to provide both local and international clients with advice and support.
