After a lengthy court battle, McGrath Tonner’s Laurence Aiolfi has successfully persuaded the Cayman Islands summary court to stop the extradition of his client, Celal Kildag, to Turkey on grounds of excessive delay and oppression. Kildag had been arrested on an Interpol warrant for terrorist offences, murder and arson.
