Craig Fulton works as a Consultant with McGrath Tonner.
Craig was previously a partner in the Cayman Islands office of the international law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman, where he spent 16 years, including 3 years as the Head of the Office of their Mauritius office. He specialized in corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and investment funds as well as the representation of a broad range of service providers in the investment funds industry including banks, custodians, trust companies and fund administrators.
Prior to joining Conyers, Craig was in-house counsel with Fortis Bank for 5 years, where he served as Head of Legal for the Alternative Investments Group for the North America and Caribbean region.
EDUCATION
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal
BAR ADMISSIONS
Craig qualified as a lawyer in South Africa in 1997, in England and Wales in 2010 (non-practicing) and was initially admitted to practice law in the Cayman Islands in 2006.
